Yoga for Trauma - Online

Join me for a gentle trauma-sensitive yoga practice to start your week.

*These sessions are currently taking a pause for the summer. If you're interested in joining me again from September, you can sign up below.*

Sessions run every Monday at 1pm on Zoom. Cost per session: £6.

Unlike my Thursday yoga group, this is an open group - you don't need to book in to attend every week - just when it suits you. All genders welcome - if you'd prefer a space for women only, why not take a look at the joining our Thursday group?

These sessions are designed too be accessible to people who are new to yoga. You don't need any equipment, but a quiet space, a yoga mat and a cushion can all be helpful.

How to sign up:

1) If you haven't joined me online before, please fill in the form below.

2) Look out for an email with the zoom link for the next session! Your first session is free and I will contact you by afterwards with details of how to continue if that's what you choose.
