Due to an exemption for support groups, these groups will still run throughout lockdown and the various stages of easing restrictions.
The topic of the July drop-in session is 'mental health for mums'. This is a space for women to explore whatever feels important for them right now and connect with other women who can relate. Being a mum can bring up a whole range of different emotions and there is no right way to respond to such a unique time.
Maybe you are feeling low, anxious, isolated or have relationship concerns. You might struggling in a different way or are just generally wondering what you can do to improve your mental health. Feel free to come along!
As always, I am available to contact if you have questions or concerns about whether this session is right for you.
All groups and workshops are free of charge and held at Beanblock cafe in Newark.
