The SomaSoul Project uses restorative, trauma‐informed embodiment practices alongside group connection and community.
Designed to help those experiencing burnout, overwhelm or disconnection, SomaSoul tends to both our connection with ourselves and our need to find connection with others.

SomaSoul combines soma, meaning body, with soul—capturing an approach to healing that happens through reconnecting physical awareness and inner well-being. The name reflects our focus on using somatic practices, community, and self-inquiry to support nervous system regulation, address trauma, and promote overall wellness.
