Yoga for Trauma @ tree - Book Your Place

A women-only group of gentle yoga and movement.

The cost of each session is £12.50. We operate on a 'pay what you can' basis, so you're also welcome to pay £5 for the session - this lower cost option is generously subsidised by Newark Community Hub to allow me offer yoga in a small group for an accessible price.
